Working with Ann has been a pleasure. As first time home buyers, there are so many things to navigate and understand that only a seasoned-pro can help with. We had started our home buying process over 2 years ago with a different agent, but found ourselves frustrated that the questions we had often went unanswered or that we werent made a priority when going to home showings quickly, which we learned was a necessity with some homes going under contract after only a couple of days on the market. That was completely different once we started working with Ann. She gave us her time and attention, answered our questions easily, and gave us feedback when needed. We eventually found our dream home and she gave her advice on how we could craft our offer given that we were competing with multiple other buyers. Once we were in the closing process, she provided resources and vendors we could utilize and coordinated the title process with the title company herself. I was surprised by how easy closing was. It's been a long process of finally finding our home in a very difficult market, but Ann made that process so much easier.

Whatever the categories , I would give them a 5.0 for all of them. When the house inspection revealed a problem in the attic, not only did Pierre bring a ladder to check it out, he climbed up there to investigate. Pretty much going the “extra mile”. Gia evaluation and guidelines for staging and photographs were professional and spot on. A real pro !! Ann, just can’t say enough about her. This is the sixth house that we have sold. By far our best experience. Not even close Help with finding an apartment, help in looking for current listings, send out letters to neighborhoods that we were interested in, referring us to contractors, regular and consistent follow up to everything that was going on, came to the house to pick up various papers that needed to be signed………. I literally chose Ann because her flyer was in Mom's mailbox at the right time. Mom passed away in early January, and I had never purchased or sold a house before, but there I was in charge of doing so for Mom's house. When we met, Ann told me the house was worth about $150,000 and she made a few suggestions as to how I could sell it for more. As I started to get into emptying and cleaning the house, we made a few small improvements along the way. Spending just under $7000, we grossed $200,000 at closing. More importantly, Ann was always available to answer questions, to check up on the progress we were making, and offer additional suggestions. In the end, I am very glad we ended up working together.

It was a great pleasure working with Ann Reale, along with Pierre and Gia. Her knowledge of what current buyers were actually looking for when purchasing a house saved us a lot of time and money by avoiding unnecessary painting and upgrades. She (& Gia) provided great suggestions for some small/inexpensive improvements and how to simply "stage" the house (i.e., declutter) to make the rooms appear larger. I also believe her extensive knowledge of our local area enabled her to accurately price our home, resulting in us receiving an offer at our full asking price after our first open house. Ann was also great in dealing with and explaining all the paperwork involved in the sale. She even came to our house with a notary whenever the documents needed our notarized signatures. She also handled the closing for us when we couldn't attend. An added benefit was Ann's partner Pierre maintains a dumpster that we used to get rid of alot of our accumulated "junk". We definitely recommend Ann and her team when selling your home.
